Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Because each scarf is designed and finished with care, please allow this short window before your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping Times
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Please note these are estimates, not guarantees, and delivery may occasionally take longer due to customs or postal delays outside our control.
Shipping Costs
- Free standard shipping on orders over $30
- Orders under $30: a flat rate of $4.99 is calculated at checkout
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your scarf on its way to you. Please allow a few days for tracking to update after dispatch.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute packages once shipped, and orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping fees to resend.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please reach out at [your support email] and we'll do everything we can to help track it down.
